How to Disrupt Systems for Wellbeing
Meet Zaynel Sushil, Systems Innovator
Zaynel Sushil is not one to dream small. He's all about growing the conditions that enable people to live healthy lives. Whether that's in their community, their workplace or their home - he's up for pushing the boundaries to challenge what people think is possible.
In 2019 he stumbled across Business Lab in his search for a savvy systems change facilitator. So we started working with Zaynel and the team from Healthy Families Waitākere to strengthen workplace wellbeing with a whole business community.
He's worked across some impactful projects in food systems, alcohol harm reduction, workplace wellbeing, community development, social enterprise and public policy. You name it really!
You can connect with Zaynel on LinkedIn.
