It’s time to shine for Glen Eden, one of Auckland’s true lifestyle villages….

This was the phrase that resonated with participants at the Glen Eden Future Summit held to crystallise the most important themes for Glen Eden’s investment prospectus. Key speakers were Penny Hulse (Councillor for Waitākere Ward), Steve Tollestrup (Waitākere Ranges Local Board Member), David Armstrong (Glen Eden BID Chair) and Colin Stewart (Senior Commercial Broker at Barfoot & Thompson).

This project was a true partnership between the Local Board and BID, with both groups eager to work together to promote investment in Glen Eden and its unique lifestyle opportunities.

Interviews with local business owners lead to the inclusion of four success stories in the Prospectus, showcasing the diverse opportunities that exist in Glen Eden – from commercial property investment, to running a successful dental practice or café, to the potential created by the Unitary Plan for modern stylish housing and mixed uses developments located close to the train station.
