Business Lab were engaged by Auckland Council to review their Business Improvement District Community (BID) service delivery model in 2015.

Engagement was carried out with Auckland's BID Community of 49 organisations and with the 21 Local Boards across Auckland City.  Input was used to review the areas of support provided by the Council that were of most value and importance to the BID community.  As a result, Auckland Council's BID support services were streamlined to focus on the areas of greatest needs and support information, including tool kits, was made available online.

"This work was instrumental in the crafting of a new service delivery model for the BID programme for the Auckland Region."

Gill Plume, Team Leader Business Improvement Districts (BID) Partnership Programme, City Transformation Plans and Places, Auckland Council
